freelustismHey dillerkind!
I really like your art! You should draw more feet though. Indeed, you're one of the few artists who know how to draw sexy feet and I think they're a very erotic body part.
You should have a look at Alyona, the spirit dedicated to feet in the Freelustism pantheon. You may like her :)
And if you wanted to draw her someday, that would be the best thing ever ^^

dillerkindHey! Hahaha... well, I'm sure I will be drawing more feet at some point, though probably not as many as you might be hoping for. Other parts need some love too ;) As for your character.. I'm basically available for commissions *winkwink* Anyway, thanks for the kind words!

tetsuya_shinoHello. Just wanted to say I really like your line art. However, I checked out your Wordpress and I was really impressed with your pixel art skills! As a pixel artist myself, I know how challenging it can be to make large images. But you seem to have knack for it. Keep it up!

dillerkindThank you! I'll do my best. Pixels, oh yeah, I love doing pixel stuff. Unfortunately though, I don't do this very often. Lacking ideas and there's always some other (vector, pencil, ink) stuff getting in the way and eating up all my time. My earlier pixel stuff was mainly tiny sprites for my never finished game projects. Nowadays I've mostly given up the idea of making games and rather than making sprites, I try to do fewer yet larger pieces. Still a long way to go but I enjoy making these :)

tetsuya_shinoWell if time permits, you should give making a game another shot. If your pixel art and line art skills, I'm sure you could make one hell of a game. In any case, keep up the good work!

dillerkindI won't say that I'll never do anything in this department. Though the last relatively serious project I was working on all by myself, was around 2009 I think; another one for which I mainly did the graphics was discontinued in 2014. So chances aren't great, I'd say. Also my personal gameplay preferences are somewhat conventional and old-fashioned. I'm afraid whatever I might come up with, wouldn't exactly be a real gem LOL But making games nowadays is relatively easy with all the tools out there so who knows.. maybe I'll dive in again at some point. Either way, thanks for the encouragement.

agentsquirtleReally nice work. I really enjoy a lot of your earlier stuff. You're quite talented all around though in the old pictures and new ones :o

dillerkindHmm yeah, sometimes I miss the good ol' pencil days. But times change and life goes on. I still do traditional stuff every once in a while, though not fully colored... and mostly non-sexy subjects. Anyway, glad you like my stuff. Thanks for your kind words.

fedefyrSince youre german, are you aware that your name, Dillerkind, is "Dick-chin" in danish?

dillerkindEh, I had no idea. And I can assure you that my chin looks perfectly normal, not phallic at all ;D

TuringHi dillerkind,
I just stumbled upon your gallery here, and I like your style very much. The girls you draw seem to be taken from real life, instead of being stereotyped as so many others. More specifically, I like their clothing styles, small (or rather normal-sized) perky tits, and their earnest faces or mines. I particularly like "Lost in Thoughts".
It is refreshing to see rather normal girls (I don't mind the others too, that again makes it more interesting) drawn no nicely. Sorry, I think I cannot express my appreciation in better words, as I lack any professional design and graphics knowledge.
So thank you, and keep up the good work!
Greetings from Germany

dillerkindI read your comment and felt your appreciation... there's really no need to apologize for "not being able to express it any better". Also I don't have a lot of "professional" design/graphics knowledge either. For the most part it's home-grown, ambitious hobbyism for me ;) I'm glad you like my work and yes, I'll do my best to keep things rolling. Thanks for the warm words! ... und Inlandsgrüße zurück ;D

KazumiAkiyamaexcuse me, do you do commisions?

dillerkind on March 29, 2016, 4:31:09 AM

dillerkindThat depends on what you have in mind and how quickly you need it done... but basically yes, I do.

KalinBy the way, I like that you create original characters. :) Although I like fanarts, I can't help myself to create characters of my own (although people prefer fanarts). That satisfaction of having a character and him having a "life" of its own is interesting in terms of creativity. :>

dillerkind on March 29, 2016, 5:15:50 AM

dillerkind on
dillerkindI suppose so... though to be honest, none of the characters I draw really have a back story or such. I like the drawing part but when it comes to stories and all that, I'm totally lost. Fan-art is cool but I try not to do too much of it... and, to be honest again, I don't really know about most characters that are popular with the masses and usually when I do fan-art I always fall back on Kim Possible... for some odd reason :D

dillerkindI dare say the minority thing isn't limited to just HF. It's pretty much the same on dA and other such sites as well. But hey, people should just draw what they're most happy with, fan-art or otherwise. But yes, personally I prefer to go with non-fanart. Thanks for the nice comment! :)

TrashydollzHello I was wondering if you got my message?

dillerkind on May 23, 2015, 1:50:43 AM

dillerkind on
dillerkindYep, I did. I just don't check this site every day. Sorry for the delay...

Usually I draw a sketch on paper first. I've done stuff entirely without sketch but normally I do a scribble before beginning the digital part of the work. Although this goes for the characters only, not for backgrounds. I rarely sketch background stuff, often don't even have the slightest idea of what to do with the bg before the character is done. Instead the background is being added "on the fly" without much planning ahead. Check my blog if you're interested; there are plenty of examples there.

Mouse or tablet? It's 100% mouse for me. I don't own a tablet. To be honest, what I do in Inkscape isn't really "drawing", it's more like "constructing" shapes node by node. Works fine for me but if you have a tablet I think it's still worth trying it with Inkscape.
