KumbhkerYou art is awesome man! And it is always getting better and better. :)
If you do not mind me asking, I was wondering what is your average time of work on a picture? (Some like your two last for example)

BBC-ChanHey, thanks a lot for the kind words. Super appreciated ♥

As for your question, my time varies based on some factors, like complexity of characters and background, and if it's a pose I have to create from memory or the client provides a reference for it. You know, stuff like that.
Usually on colored artworks I spend between 2 and 4 hours.
The last 2 pieces took me about 2-3 hours.

KumbhkerHaha, you just killed me. 2-3 hours, man, you ARE good! Of course it depends of the comlexity like you said, but you really are skillful to setup a pose and to have such nice volume/colours with your painting in only 2-3 hours!
I have watched some of you youtube video, great stuff! Very effective! Thanks for sharing them.

BlisteringFeverThanks for the encouragement and insanely fast reply! I'm self taught and I never know what I should be practicing. I do a lot of gesture and anatomy practice what else should I be practicing?

BBC-ChanThat's a good start. In my opinion the most important thing in art is perspective. At least if your end goal is to draw stuff from imagination. If you prefer to draw references heavy artworks and aim for realism, then perspective probably can be somewhat neglected, but in any case having some basic knowledge helps a lot.
I know doing perspective studies and focusing on perspective while I was drawing comics probably helped me most to improve my art, and give my artworks better weight and depth.
Rule of thumb certainly is to draw as much as possible, so that you improve your visual library and your fundamentals. If you internalize all of that, then you don't have to think about that stuff anymore and you can 100% focus on the subject you are drawing. Having strong fundamentals is liberating.

Also check this video. It completely changed my view on art study and improvement:
